I am amazed by both the Microseal products and the impeccable service from Brad & his Team.
I was given a Microseal Chamois sponge, when I first had my new couch and wool rug microseal treated. Over the last year, there has been a glass of red wine and Café Patron spilt on the rug, both were easily absorbed with the sponge, leaving not a single trace of a stain – incredible.
Last week my partner spilt something on our pale grey couch which he thought was chilli oil, it had dried out a bit and we weren’t sure what to clean it with. I called and spoke to Brad, who immediately couriered me a bottle of ‘Wonder Spot’ spray and sent me some instructions. I followed the instructions and by morning with some kind of magical wizardry ( science according to Brad) the stain had vanished! Incredible service for a fantastic product. Thank you.

We wanted to send a note of thanks for the work that you and the Microseal did for us at the Cordis Hotel, Auckland after we completed our refurbishment in 2018. As you are aware, the refurbishment covered many areas of the Hotel but in particular two highly trafficked areas, namely our Lobby Lounge and our Club Lounge. With Guests in these areas consuming food and drink and there being a high volume of Guests we wanted to ensure that the furniture would looks its best for as long as possible and part of this was protection of the fabric.
Microseal has certainly proven its worth, our chairs, couches and other soft furnishings are all still looking in top condition thanks to the process that you have used to protect these. Not only has the original condition of the materials been maintained, we also find it easier to clean off the marks that Guests inevitably leave behind. I know that we also engage with Microseal to do the same process in our Eight Restaurant which has a huge number of Guests going through it and this too has stood the test of time.

Fiber ProTector has provided upholstery and carpet anti stain protection treatment to our heavy traffic Restaurants and the VIP suites of our resorts, where we had issues to keep the areas cleaned & maintained.
